The warehouse in question represents a valuable urban resource with the potential to be reimagined and transformed into a multifunctional space that benefits the entire community. Our remodeling proposal aims to make the most of this space, not only to improve the existing infrastructure but also to enrich the quality of life for those who live and work in its vicinity.
The project is divided into three phases:
PHASE 1 PROPOSED USES:
Family focus affordable housing - 50-60 affordable units.
Semi automatic robotic parking.
Linear Park
PHASE 2 PROPOSED USES:
Early childhood education center
Family services & rec. Areas after school programs.
PHASE 3 PROPOSED USES:
Community co-working spaces.
Child & adult day care facility.
Youth health and fitness gym.
In summary, our proposal to remodel the warehouse aims to transform a disused industrial space into a vibrant and multifunctional community hub that benefits the entire community. With a focus on collaboration and citizen participation, we are confident that this project will have a lasting positive impact on the quality of life of those who live and work in the area.
