The Siporin Family has been an asset in the Royal Oak community for many years. As they continue their journey in serving the community, they are investing in a building that will stand as a catalyst for the future of design in the region by incorporating cutting edge building technologies.

The renovated building will include outstanding features like the Tesla Roof and the Automatic Puzzle Parking.

The 511 Design team is very excited to take this next step with Karen & Steve to make a lasting impact on the region through architecture & design.

Material Inspiration: When we design a building addition the key is to balance the old with the new. In this project we showcase contemporary design while finding a good dialogue between the existing structure and the new.

This balance is achieved through the use of brick, stone, and green walls.
